I know most of your have registered for classes at this point, if you have not, and are still trying to find something that will work, please let me know. Just a reminder: South Bay Adult School and online classes DO NOT MEET THE STATE DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATION. The extension classes at many of the local universities offer an affordable solution, and some even offer weekend classes, so please feel free to try these in addition to El Camino.

4) Repeat Rewards
Cultural Care now offers a repeat rewards program. Sign up early for your next year’s au pair, and you will save more. I believe everyone has received a brochure about this. If you have specific questions related to your au pair year, please let me know.
5) Customer Service Survey
By now all of you should have received a customer service survey. If you could please take the time to fill it out, it would be greatly appreciated. They have made many changes over the last year, as a result of the feedback they have received. For example, they have added the repeat rewards program, and are making changes to our matching process as well. If you have not received the survey, please let me know and I will be sure to get a link over to you.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. See you all next week!
